FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international chemical technology company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will be developing efficiencies and process improvements within the finance team's work streams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs
• Manage financial aspects of special projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions
• Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including profit and loss statements, operating performance for upcoming quarters and years, customer margins and performance, regional margins and performance
• Take an active role in the broader Finance team; helping smooth implementation of – and adherence to – new finance requirements, systems and processes
• Monitor marketing spend data, analyse variances against budget and support the growth of the marketing function

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or business administration (CPA or MBA is preferred)
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A
• FP&A experience gained within established businesses
• Knowledge of accounting, controlling, and finance operations
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews
• Strong presentation skills to present to high-level roles internally and external investors
• Multinational company or international experience is a plus
• Work experience with mid-size to large companies with high growth is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, and HFM is desirable
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
