FP&Aリーダー/ FP&A Leader

An international healthcare technology company is looking for a FP&A Leader. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic business support to drive sustainable growth across the Japan region. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business plans in collaboration with finance and business leadership teams
• Coordinate with global FP&A stakeholders to align financial reporting and project tracking
• Develop forecasts, long-term strategies, and annual budgets for Japan operations
• Deliver timely business performance analysis to support continuous improvement
• Monitor financial trends, assess risks and opportunities, and align business priorities accordingly
• Implement risk-return policies to ensure financial health while supporting growth
• Recruit, mentor, and develop finance talent within the organisation
• Manage forecasting mechanisms and internal finance processes such as budgeting and risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• More than 10 years of financial work experience
• More than 6 years of team leadership experience in corporate finance or business planning
• Proven experience in business planning, performance tracking, and financial forecasting
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
