アカウントアソシエイト/ Account Associate

A global investment firm is looking for an Account Associate. The selected candidate will support client servicing activities and assist in reporting, data analysis, and presentation material preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers in marketing efforts and product development
• Provide data retrieval, reporting, and analysis support for Account Managers
• Create and update management reports using internal and external databases
• Prepare client presentation materials and performance attribution reports
• Facilitate the setup of new client accounts and support RFP processes
• Support all aspects of client servicing to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of working experience in the front office of financial servicing firms preferred
• Experience in client servicing, reporting, and financial product support
• Knowledge of Fixed Income and financial products preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel macros is a plus)
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
