FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global industrial manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Manager, Corporate Finance. The selected candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in partnership with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across global entities
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports with performance insights
• Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic financial decisions
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to align reporting standards
• Improve FP&A tools, processes, and templates across the organisation
• Leverage ERP and BI tools to ensure data accuracy and support dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration, or a relevant domain (MBA is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (manufacturing or industrial setting)
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives is desired
• Knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing finance processes, and performance management in multinational and matrix organisations
• Understanding of J-GAAP and local financial regulations is preferred
• Skilled in ERP systems (SAP or QAD)
• Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Stravis, etc.)
• Possess valid CPA, CMA, or related certifications are ideal
• Fluent level verbal and written English; business level Japanese
