コマーシャルBPAマネージャー/ Commercial BPA Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial BPA Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Implement global and regional BPA strategies, processes, and policies
• Manage core reporting and planning processes for timely, insightful financial data
• Develop detailed budgets and forecasts for global, regional, and business unit use
• Build and maintain early warning systems for financial performance monitoring
• Analyse financial data and provide performance insights and corrective recommendations
• Conduct profitability and benchmarking analyses to identify improvement areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or economics (MBA is ideal)
• More than 7 years of experience at a major company in financial administration roles
• Experience in project management, business case management, financial management, and functional breadth is a plus
• Knowledge of financial and management reporting
• Fluent level written and spoken English and Japanese
