FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring for a FP&A Manager (Manufacturing Finance). The selected candidate will lead financial planning and procurement strategy while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and provide financial insights for the Japan manufacturing business
• Conduct monthly analysis of key financial indicators and report findings to senior leadership and global finance
• Manage OPEX and capital expenditure under budget for the Japan plant
• Oversee accurate forecast input (F09, V0) into SAP and serve as plant finance SME
• Drive ad-hoc business case analyses and special projects
• Develop procurement strategy aligned with global policies to optimise supplier performance
• Oversee sourcing and procurement operations, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure consistent procurement transaction control
• Support global sourcing initiatives with Japanese suppliers
• Lead the manufacturing procurement team and represent in cross-functional procurement committees

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in finance or procurement within a multinational company or consulting/audit firm
• Prior accounting experience
• Strong project management skills and ERP/SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of contracts/agreement
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid CPA/MBA qualification preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
