経理オフィサー/ Accounting Officer

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an Accounting Officer. The selected candidate will handle a wide range of accounting operations including invoicing, foreign currency transactions, and contract coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison for the implementation department in accounting
• Record sales and process invoice requests
• Issue bilingual invoices in Japanese and English
• Manage yen and foreign currency conversions and advance payment aggregation
• Handle client billing in foreign currencies across global projects
• Manage foreign exchange contracts, balances, and year-end revaluation

Requirements:

• Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting is ideal
• Familiarity with taxation is preferred
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
