ペイメントマネージャー/ Payment Manager

A multinational medical company is looking for a Payment Manager. The selected candidate will oversee payment operations, vendor management, and process improvements. This is a hybrid setup and direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team to ensure timely receipt and proper tracking of provider invoices
• Ensure all payments are released on time by the payment terms
• Manage vendor registration processes, including bank details
• Review aged accounts payable listings and resolve any outstanding issues
• Coordinate with Claims and Billing teams to address queries and ensure accurate payments
• Handle provider inquiries and maintain effective communication with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PCI regulations related to billing and reimbursement
• Participate in meetings and task force groups to drive process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• More than 5 years of proven experience in payment operations, treasury or financial services
• More than 5 years of business office experience in a small to medium-sized organisation in the health or financial sectors
• Leadership and team management experience
• ERP experience using English-based systems (SUN6, Oracle or SAP)
• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus
• Proficient in payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, RTP, ACH, card networks, Kyriba, Japanese Zengin Format and MS Excel)
• Possess a valid Boki 3+ preferred
• Fluent level Japanes; business level English
