ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international ICT solutions company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage financial planning, risk control, and support business performance across multiple units.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, forecasts, operational analysis, and risk across departments
• Issue reports and provide financial advice to improve business operations
• Support presales teams with financial tools, project management, and business model design
• Analyse client financials and design financial solutions to secure quality contracts
• Build client relationships from a financial perspective
• Oversee internal controls and ensure reliability of financial reporting data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related field
• 3–5 years in accounting and financial management
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficient in financial analysis, risk management, and reporting tools
• Conversational level Japanese; business level Chinese; professional level English
