経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global freight forwarding company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership while driving continuous process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate financial reports
• Analyse financial results vs budget and forecast, and propose intervention plans
• Drive AR collection through monitoring, follow-up, and reporting
• Oversee the full budgeting cycle and cash flow forecasting
• Provide financial insights and internal reports to support local decision-making
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to build a proactive, business-oriented function

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accountancy
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
