Regional CFO

A global automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Regional CFO. The selected candidate will lead financial strategy, drive process improvements, and oversee regional financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strategies and policies for sales, cost assessment, taxes, assets, budgets, credit, and cash flow management
• Drive margin improvement and pricing strategy through financial leadership
• Lead process improvements in financial reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, purchasing, and sales to increase profitability
• Oversee capital spending and reinforce financial accountability
• Hire, mentor, and develop regional and plant financial teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related field
• More than 20 years of finance experience
• More than 10 years of finance leadership experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Skilled in financial reporting tools, SAP or other ERP systems, and costing, tax, treasury management
• Proficient in reading and analysing financial and legal documents
• Capable of implementing solutions from data analysis
• Possess a valid CPA qualification
