Finance Director

A global biotechnology company is looking for a Finance Director. The selected candidate will lead corporate and sales controlling, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting across the business. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate controlling processes including rolling forecasts and monthly management reporting
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in Hyperion for corporate reporting
• Act as financial advisor to functional and sales management teams
• Drive cost-sharing alignment between production, HQ, and sales organisations
• Serve as business partner for domestic sales management and liaise with regional and corporate controlling
• Oversee sales pricing and reporting in SAP and ensure accurate group transaction pricing

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
