日本コマーシャルファイナンスマネージャー/ Japan Commercial Finance Manager

A global healthcare company is looking for a Japan Commercial Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead commercial planning and provide financial insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial planning projects across modalities and sub-regions
• Provide analytical support for business reviews and strategic discussions
• Partner with FP&A to deliver forecasts and support performance reviews
• Deliver financial insights on pricing, margins, and cost efficiency
• Define and track KPIs to support leadership decisions
• Monitor business performance and identify risks and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or business administration
• More than 5 years of experience in finance
• Experience in accounting principles and controllership
• Prior experience with financial systems/applications (Oracle, SAP, BI tools)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of financial compliance (SOX, GAAP)
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
