ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A multinational IT services company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead finance operations, oversee reporting and compliance, and support business growth through strategic financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract administration, invoicing, and collections
• Oversee expense management, payroll verification, and financial transactions
• Ensure Japanese GAAP and IFRS compliance, supervising outsourced accounting and tax providers
• Develop financial policies, monitor project margins, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for local and HQ management
• Lead ERP implementation and internalisation of accounting services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• 10-15 years of experience in Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in international audit firm
• More than 5 years of experience as Finance Manager for a multinational company in Japan
• Prior experience in international audit firms, finance leadership, and ERP systems
• Expertise in Japanese tax law, accounting systems, and IFRS or US GAAP
• Possess a valid CPA or ACCA qualification is ideal
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
