シニアファイナンスマネージャー/ Senior Finance Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will drive financial performance through strategic planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Guide financial decision-making by analysing variances and supporting leadership with countermeasures
• Lead initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance operating profit and working capital
• Manage country-level balance sheet and cash flow performance
• Develop annual budgets and mid-term business plans with leadership
• Oversee accurate reporting for GAAP and statutory compliance
• Drive financial planning and forecasting aligned with corporate and regional goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
• More than 15 years of professional experience
• More than 4 years of experience managing people
• Experience in auditing and tax filing is a plus
• Understanding in Oracle/ Hyperion, PowerBI is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Possess valid CPA, MBA, or a related certifications is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English
