Assistant Director of Finance

A global hospitality company is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance. The selected candidate will support the Finance Director in managing financial operations while driving team leadership and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Director in overseeing daily finance operations and compliance
• Monitor financial reports and ensure accuracy in line with local regulations and accounting standards
• Lead, coach, and mentor finance team members across all accounting matters
• Review ledgers, transactions, and prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial performance reviews
• Maintain internal controls, ensure policy compliance, and perform cash audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management (finance or accounting management is ideal)
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of PMS and finance systems
• Possess chartered financial analyst certification is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal English
