ファイナンススペシャリスト/ Finance Specialist

A global entertainment company is looking for a Finance Specialist. The selected candidate will support tax submissions, manage accounts and payments, and assist with overall financial operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax filings and accounting oversight
• Support preparation of annual accounts and legal compliance
• Manage invoicing systems, expenses, and treasury functions
• Oversee accuracy of all invoices
• Review tax rates and amounts across jurisdictions
• Collaborate with all financial departments to resolve tax-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or accounting
• Experience in accounting and taxation acquired in a law firm, management company, or a similar job in another company
• Prior experience in international financial matters is preferred
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of business administration and labor legislation within Japan
• Knowledge with other jurisdictions is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
