経理GLマネージャー/ Accounting GL Manager

A global fashion company is seeking an Accounting GL Manager. The selected candidate will handle general ledger functions with a focus on inventory, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and lease accounting. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily and month-end closing tasks for inventory, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and leases
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to resolve inventory issues and process transactions in the inventory system
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations with supporting documentation for audits, tax, and reporting
• Forecast cash flow for inventory purchases and track variance against actuals
• Support accounting team in other areas as needed
• Handle administrative tasks and contribute to special projects

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in operational companies or accounting firms
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Possess a valid bookkeeping grade 2+ preferable
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
