A multinational biotechnology company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The selected candidate will promote maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products to customers and dealers.

Responsibilities:

• Promote maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products to dealers and customers
• Handle inquiries from dealers and customers via phone and email
• Manage promotional administrative tasks to support service sales
• Provide clear and logical product explanations to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial manufacturing sectors
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Practical experience as a service engineer or application support for analytical instruments is ideal
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial manufacturing or research institutions using analytical instruments is a plus
• Prior driving experience
• Experience communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in basic PC operations
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
• Possess a valid standard driver's licence
