Sales Director
An international semiconductor company is seeking a Sales Director. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key global accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute short- and long-term strategic account plans in alignment with business units
- Lead and mentor OEM sales managers, promoting ownership and performance excellence
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve account goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
- Analyse business performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure effective internal and customer-facing communication and presentations
- Promote company values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in sales or marketing with semiconductor customers
- Proven experience working with key Japanese customers and managing strategic accounts
- Skilled in partner management, business planning, and leveraging sales models
- Ability and willingness to lead a high-performing team and hire top talent
- Proficient in Japanese and English
