A multinational semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Communication Manager. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic communications for the CEO and executives, enhancing internal and external engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CEO and executive communications across multiple channels, including PR releases, press conferences, speeches, and social media
• Create compelling content, such as messages and presentations, for communication initiatives
• Plan and execute communication strategies to support key company initiatives
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and events to foster company culture
• Manage crisis communications with prompt and thoughtful responses
• Support CEO communications by preparing speeches, presentations, and related materials

Requirements:

• Experience in managing high-stakes corporate communications
• Proven ability to draft content and messaging for diverse communication channels
• Skilled in planning and driving projects with cross-functional teams
• Ability to perform under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong judgment and rapid response capability for urgent matters
• Flexible working style to coordinate across different time zones
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the CEO and leadership
• Excellent partnership skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• Native level verbal and written English and Japanese
