コンフィギュレーションエンジニアリングマネージャー/ Configuration Engineering Manager

A global semiconductor equipment company is looking for a Manager, Configuration Engineering. The selected candidate will lead configuration and release activities while aligning customer requirements with tool specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Determine tool configurations for CVD, Etch, or clean equipment
• Align customer requirements with delivered tool configurations
• Create equipment specifications and design documents
• Select locally procured items and manage related budgets and purchasing
• Plan and oversee tool move-in and equipment connection
• Direct and evaluate staff to ensure efficient configuration and release operations
• Guide teams on building analyses, installation scripts, schedules, and evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering
• More than 2 years of experience in the current role
• Prior experience in mechanical or electrical work
• Experience with client-facing tasks
• Proficient in management and project management
• Ability to actively communicate across departments and regions
• Business level Japanese and English
