エンジニアリングマネージャー/ Engineering Manager

A multinational industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Manager. The selected candidate will drive product innovation, team development, and project execution for next-generation technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams in new product introduction, sustaining engineering, and technology initiatives for Turbo Molecular Pumps
• Drive execution of the product roadmap to increase market share and profitability
• Manage cross-functional engineering projects to meet cost, specification, and delivery targets
• Develop team capability through cross-training, succession planning, and career development
• Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate globally across product lines and lead company-wide engineering objectives
• Maintain technical authority for all TMP products and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards
• Oversee departmental budgets, capital investments, and resource planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or science
• More than 10 years of engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in product development lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams
• Skilled in project management, technical leadership, and multicultural team management
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level
• Business level English; Japanese is a plus
