フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア/ Field Applications Engineer

A multinational semiconductor company is looking for a Field Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will support customer design-in processes, provide technical advice, and help drive revenue through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to execute strategic account plans and monitor progress
• Visit customers to explore new business opportunities and discuss projects
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams
• Provide memory architecture consulting and product recommendations
• Deliver technical training and support to clients
• Coordinate lab testing, including schematic reviews and system validation
• Work with marketing and development to align product features with customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in system design, debugging, or FAE roles within wireless, computing, consumer, industrial, or networking domains
• Prior customer-facing experience is ideal
• Knowledge of memory and storage systems is a plus
• Familiarity with logic/system simulations and lab debugging tools (e.g., protocol analyser, oscilloscope) is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
