A global insurance company is looking for an Interpreter. The selected candidate will support cross-functional communication through interpretation and translation in both English and Japanese. This is a temp-to-perm and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret simultaneously and consecutively in internal meetings and corporate events
• Translate business documents, emails, and presentations
• Facilitate communication across departments
• Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and admin teams
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Contribute to improving bilingual communication strategies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in interpretation at a management or executive level
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, or a relevant domain) is ideal
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
