A global supply chain management company is seeking an Office Administrator. The selected candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with system updates and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office tasks, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, and sorting mail
  • Support sales team with system administration tasks
  • Update and maintain trading systems
  • Prepare daily, bi-monthly, and monthly reports
  • Assist managers with scheduling meetings and tracking tasks
  • Record and summarise meeting minutes for internal discussions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Native level Japanese; fluent level English
