オフィスアドミニストレーター/ Office Administrator
A global fashion eCommerce company is looking for an Office Administrator (総務). The selected candidate will support day-to-day operations by managing office logistics, documents, and internal coordination. This is a long-term contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment and manage daily office essentials
- Handle payments and process invoices for utilities, communication, waste, and purchases
- Manage the issuance of official documents and postal duties, including certificates and seals
- Coordinate internal approvals, document stamping, and contract and record management
- Respond to insurance and pension-related documentation under the representative’s name
- Handle correspondence with external institutions, such as trademark infringement notices
- Support operational tasks including vendor coordination, disaster prevention, and sample shipping
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in HR, general affairs, or operations
- Experience in startups or small teams is ideal
- Basic understanding of accounting or invoice processing is a plus
- Interest in or experience in the fashion or commerce industry is preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Business level Japanese and English (Korean is a plus)
