A leading financial institution is seeking a Middle Office Staff. The selected candidate will support front office operations, manage trade allocation, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with front office and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Allocate trades and send confirmations accurately and on time, especially for domestic clients
  • Identify and propose process improvements to managers and the tech team
  • Handle daily tasks proactively to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor issues and risks, ensuring proper escalation and timely resolution
  • Support business continuity through effective coordination and communication

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in a middle office role for multiple products
  • Experience in cash equities and fixed income is preferred
  • Prior experience with international equities is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Fluent level Japanese; business level English
