カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager
A leading cross-border payment gateway company is seeking a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and help clients achieve their goals with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Enable the payment gateway for customers by reviewing applications and addressing concerns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Understand customers' business objectives and guide them on product usage
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success initiatives
- Conduct check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to optimise product usage
- Monitor and analyse customer usage data to identify trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer success or customer support in financial services or IT
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Experience using customer success software or CRM tools is a plus
