A renowned international trading company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales of specialty chemical materials, maintain strong customer relationships, and support product development with R&D teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of specialty chemical materials in lubrication, cooling, and related markets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with customers' R&D teams to identify and develop new requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in specialist chemicals materials (lubricants industry is ideal)
- Experience in sales
- Prior experience in mechanical lubrication and mechanical chemistry
- Background in R&D is preferred
- Prior background in specialty chemicals material
- Proven background in mechanical engineering is ideal
- Fluent level English; native level Japanese
