A multinational HR management software company is seeking a Global Sales Manager. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account plans using Salesforce.com
  • Prepare sales forecasts and adjust strategies based on market trends and competition
  • Expand knowledge of company solutions and analyse competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify and pursue prospects of varying sizes, negotiating favorable sales terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with corporate objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in service outsourcing, HCM solutions or relevant software industries selling to senior-level executives
  • More than 5 years of exposure to the Japan market
  • Understanding in BPO/HRO industry
  • Skilled in account plan development and execution of relevant sales strategies to secure large clients
  • Proficient in written and verbal English (verbal Japanese is a plus)
