An international technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in authentication and flash storage solutions. The selected candidate will generate new leads, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets and flash storage
  • Generate new leads, partnerships, and secure initial reference accounts in Japan
  • Identify and onboard new end customers, system integrators, channels, and authentication software vendors
  • Analyse market trends to create effective sales strategies and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate and compelling product presentations
  • Represent the company in industry events, workshops, and webinars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s degree is ideal)
  • More than 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in business growth
  • Experience in customer acquisition and market expansion
  • Background in security authentication/MFA products with strong industry connections preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work within a multicultural global organisation
  • Business level English
