パートナーマネージャー/ Partner Manager

A global IT company is looking for a Partner Manager. The selected candidate will lead partner acquisition, drive channel strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners
  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive partner sales initiatives with account executives
  • Communicate program value and showcase product benefits to stakeholders
  • Manage regional planning and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to support deal closures

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience with Channel Partners, Value-Added Reseller, distributors, or Managed Service Providers
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure partnerships is ideal
  • Prior experience influencing senior-level executives and partner principles
  • Proficient in developing Partner/Territory business plans, building a partner/territory strategy, and measuring success against key performance indicators
  • Fluent level English; native level Japanese
