セールスビジネスマネージャー/ Sales Business Manager

A global financial services company is looking for a Sales Business Manager / CAO – Global Markets (Japan Fixed Income focus). The selected candidate will drive sales strategy, reporting, and coordination across regions and asset classes. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse internal and external data to provide insights for Japan Fixed Income sales leadership
• Create customised performance reports for sales and trading management
• Lead cross-sell initiatives and support multi-asset, multi-region client strategies
• Assist in headcount planning, budgeting, and regulatory-related operations
• Oversee communication and coordination across global offices
• Contribute to managing operational risk and business alignment

Requirements:

• Experience in a global or cross-cultural setting is ideal
• Prior experience in improving business
• Background in global markets (business management, COO, or sales roles is ideal)
• Knowledge of Japan’s financial markets (fixed income products)
• Skilled in sales performance and market intelligence tools (Coalition, Salesforce, and Power BI)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
