A global furniture manufacturing company is hiring a Sales Admin. The selected candidate will support sales operations, manage inventory data, and coordinate with international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales administration and back-office processes
• Enter and maintain order data in the core system
• Place and follow up on orders with Danish headquarters
• Respond to inquiries from dealers via phone and email
• Check inventory availability and update records in the system
• Support shipping, customer service, and sales-related tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in ordering and receiving
• Prior experience using ordering systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient verbal English
