SMB Market Head

A global digital media platform company is seeking a Market Head, Small Medium Business for Japan & Korea. The selected candidate will drive revenue, strategy, and team performance across both markets to accelerate SMB client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market development and manage the full sales funnel across verticals
  • Establish robust revenue forecasting and performance metrics
  • Design and implement mid- to long-term strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Build and retain a high-performing sales team through talent acquisition, coaching, and mobility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and operational synergy
  • Represent the company in the market through thought leadership and influence

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of media/advertising sales experience
  • Proven experience in revenue growth strategy and managing Japan/Korea markets
  • More than 3 years of management experience
  • Experience in platform operations and knowledge of the Japan/Korea AdTech market is a plus
  • Skilled in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Business level Japanese; fluent level English
