A global telecommunications company is looking for a Sales Director – Japan. The selected candidate will lead the Japan sales organisation, drive strategy, and deliver on growth and performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and go-to-market solutions
  • Align closely with Marketing to drive lead generation and growth opportunities
  • Manage and optimise sales pipeline while expanding existing accounts
  • Analyse market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Set and monitor sales targets in line with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, compliant sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership with management of a sizeable team
  • Experience in project-based business development in data center, network, ELV system is ideal
  • Understanding of network and ELV system
  • Proficient in English
