オンラインキーアカウントマネージャー/ Online Key Account Manager
An international consumer electronics company is looking for an Online Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales and profitability across major EC platforms through strategic planning, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales through eCommerce platforms
- Manage sales performance and profitability for each assigned account
- Develop quarterly strategies and action plans tailored to each EC customer
- Analyse market trends and share rates to assess current positioning
- Monitor and manage KPIs, including GV, CVR, AUP, ROOS, and LBB%
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement promotions and inventory plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasting for upcoming quarters and fiscal years
- Ensure timely invoicing and take ownership of revenue target
Requirements:
- Proven experience in eCommerce account management on platforms
- Proficient in sales metrics and KPI management
- Ability to collaborate across departments and lead detailed negotiations
