A leading global aerospace technology company seeks a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, analyse market trends, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships
  • Manage daily client communications
  • Ensure client expectations are met throughout project lifecycles
  • Analyse market trends and client feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate on sales strategies

Requirements:

  • More than 15 years of experience in space industry account management and sales
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts
  • Strong understanding of satellite systems and space applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Professional level Japanese and English (French is a plus)
