ビジネスアフェアーズマネージャー/ Business Affairs Manager

A global eCommerce company is looking for a Business Affairs Manager. The selected candidate will drive content acquisition, partnerships, and operational deployment to enhance the audiobook offering. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage content partnerships with publishers, creators, and providers
• Source and negotiate deals with authors, agents, and publishers
• Analyse and curate book selections based on internal data and media trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful content offerings
• Oversee financial tracking and lifecycle reporting of content projects
• Lead cross-functional execution of content operations and schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of experience in content acquisition and planning (consumer media space is a plus)
• Experience in publishing rights acquisition or licensing
• Prior experience with negotiations
• Proven experience generating and executing ideas
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese
