アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A renowned advertising agency is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead client relationships and manage end-to-end delivery of experiential marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication and oversee project workflows from briefing to execution
• Collaborate with global teams to align creative strategies with industry regulations
• Supervise the creation of digital content that enhances brand engagement
• Ensure brand and consumer needs are integrated into campaign development
• Oversee complex experiential marketing projects from concept to delivery
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-6 years of experience in account management within a global or major Japanese agency (regulated industry with a focus on experiential marketing is a preferred)
• Experience in project management
• Prior experience with new product launches and promotions, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional brand experiences
• Background in developing digital creative content based on evidence and insights, within regulatory constraints, and focused on improving brand experiences
• Native level Japanese; business level English is a plus
