アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A global media firm is searching for an Account Manager. The selected applicant will support client and campaign operations through presale communication, post-sale execution, and data-driven insights. This is a remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Build new client relationships and lead presale communication
- Oversee post-sale processes including campaign setup, pacing, delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
- Transform campaign data into actionable insights and client-facing recommendations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure campaign success with optimal performance
- Develop strategic media plans based on a deep understanding of product offerings, advertiser KPIs, and the digital media landscape
- Manage day-to-day media plan development, workflow, and strategy updates under supervisor guidance
- Meet and exceed client goals via strategic proposals, maximising client budget efficiency while delivering best-in-class performance
- Update Salesforce database from proposal through campaign lifetime to maintain internal metrics and business dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (marketing, business, or communications is a plus)
- Experience with light data analytics and presentation development
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience working with key advertising agencies in Japan is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Project Management, and basic Photoshop is preferred
- Passion for technology, media, advertising, and consumer insights
- Bilingual level Japanese and English
