A global financial services company is looking for a Client Success Manager. The selected candidate will oversee client relationships, drive platform efficiency, and implement service improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service and manage communication with all stakeholders
- Drive improvements in turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity KPIs
- Test new features and enhancements on the client platform
- Monitor and analyse client transaction performance and platform use
- Recommend innovative solutions to resolve platform issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (BBA, BCOM, MBA, or equivalent)
- 4-6 years of experience in trade transaction processing
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
