A global financial services company is looking for a Client Success Manager. The selected candidate will oversee client relationships, drive platform efficiency, and implement service improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service and manage communication with all stakeholders
• Drive improvements in turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity KPIs
• Test new features and enhancements on the client platform
• Monitor and analyse client transaction performance and platform use
• Recommend innovative solutions to resolve platform issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (BBA, BCOM, MBA, or equivalent)
• 4-6 years of experience in trade transaction processing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
