経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global energy resources company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate general ledger and tax compliance
• Maintain financial records in line with reporting standards and assess impacts of policy changes
• Lead monthly closings and prepare timely and accurate statutory and group reporting
• Reconcile accounting systems and gross margins, investigating discrepancies as needed
• Prepare monthly financial analysis, reports, and annual financial statements
• Enhance internal controls, support audits, and lead process and IT improvements

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience
• More than 3 years of experience in commodity training company
• Experience in Big 4 accounting firm
• Prior experience in audit of commodity trading firm is ideal
• Proven experience in Sun/Horizon system is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English is preferred
