A global motor vehicle manufacturer is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer account growth and lead commercial negotiations for passive safety products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer accounts for airbags, seat belts, and steering wheels
  • Lead customer prospecting, acquisition, and business development aligned with account strategy
  • Support Global Account Director in crafting battle plans and sales presentations
  • Act as primary contact across all sales development phases from RFQ to post-launch
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and product teams for quotations and proposals
  • Conduct and manage negotiations to secure profitable agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business administration
  • More than 3 years of sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Experience with Suzuki or Toyota is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer needs
  • Proficient in English and Japanese
