アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A global logistics company is looking for an Account Manager. The qualified candidate will manage the commercial aspects of dedicated customer contracts to maximise value, ensure satisfaction, and drive contract renewals and service expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall relationships with key accounts
- Set strategies for underperforming accounts
- Maintain and govern customer contracts
- Research relevant markets and prepare customer-specific account development plans
- Pursue growth opportunities in key accounts (cross-selling)
- Negotiate terms of renewal for existing agreements
- Collect information to measure customer satisfaction and develop improvement plans
- Identify customer needs and challenges, providing relevant solutions
- Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate response strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in economics
- More than 5 years of customer-facing experience and ‘general’ cross-functional operations, commercial, financial background
- Strong customer interaction and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Professional level Japanese and English
