アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager – CAS/PE, Ag/PI
An international chemical company is searching for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will cover commercial responsibilities of silicone additive for CAS/P&E and AgPI business to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with distributors to maintain existing customers and business
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Services, Finance, Product Stewardship, and Supply Chain to achieve business targets
- Manage company’s various ERP systems for demand forecast, new customer and project entry tracking, pricing and other data relating to routine commercial operation
- Collect and analyse data to understand consumer behaviour
- Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent additional issues
- Identify industry trends through market research and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field (MBA or master’s is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience demonstrating an ability to increase sales in Chemical companies
- Experience in managing customers and distributors
- Experience in using multiple ERP systems
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends
- Experience in plastics, coating, electronics, release, antifoam etc. applications is preferred
- Fluent level Japanese; intermediate level English (TOEIC 600+ or CEFR B1)
