日本オペレーションズマネージャー/ Japan Operations Manager

An international luxury lifestyle company is seeking a Japan Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee store performance, enhance customer experience, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support daily operations across multiple retail and wholesale locations
• Ensure high customer service standards and boost sales aligned with the brand strategy
• Analyse sales trends and deliver performance reports with strategic recommendations
• Implement strategies to improve sales, team development, and operational efficiency
• Support office functions, including KPI reporting and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen key relationships
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotional activities
• Travel to regional stores to support operational needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a shop manager in Japan, or a foreign or luxury brand
• Proven experience in people management and data analysis
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; PC/Mac skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
