店舗開発・メンテナンスコーディネーター/ Store Dev't & Maintenance Coordinator

A multinational luxury fashion group is seeking a Store Development & Maintenance Coordinator. The selected candidate will coordinate construction and facility maintenance operations, ensuring seamless vendor communication and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and retail store members to coordinate maintenance work
• Operate maintenance systems and manage maintenance orders
• Process construction and maintenance payments, ensuring compliance and accurate financial documentation
• Support maintenance outsourcing programs in collaboration with the Senior Manager
• Track budgets and cost accumulation for projects and facility maintenance
• Manage and maintain Japan & Korea team reports, including weekly and monthly project reports
• Oversee local project schedules and ensure accurate administrative documentation
• Provide project support, including handling drawings, contracts, invoices, and completion reports
• Assist in preparing presentations and organising department events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, construction management, or related field
• 1-3 years of maintenance coordination experience in a foreign capital retail company
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; AutoCAD is ideal
• Ability to read architectural construction documents preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese; Korean is a plus
