An international eyewear retail company is looking for a Retail Design and Construction Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee store construction projects, including new openings, remodels, and relocations.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with landlords on site selection and lease guidelines
• Develop draft layout proposals for retail spaces
• Coordinate with global teams in Milan and China on design and construction
• Manage project schedules, bidding processes, and cost control measures
• Oversee import logistics for furniture and LED installations
• Ensure smooth store openings and ongoing maintenance of existing locations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of design & construction experience in retail
• Proven experience in project management from concept to completion
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically
• Fluent level Japanese and English
